A) For proper guidance and assistance to the devotees, Reception centre has been opened opposite the S. T. Bus stand.
Q) What should I do to get accommodation at Shirdi once I reach?
A) On arrival at Shirdi, devotees should immediately get in touch with the above mentioned Reception Centre of the Sansthan
Trust and should thereafter proceed to the Enquiry office for booking their accommodation which is made available after registration of name and other particulars.
Q) Where can I keep my baggage and other valuables while I am at the Temple Complex?
A) A locker is available at nominal charge and against a deposit, which may be booked at the Enquiry office, and used for keeping luggage or any other valuables.
Q) What is the schedule of Aartis during the day?
A) Arati is held four times a day at Baba’s Samadhi: at
4.30.a.m. noon, sunset (around 6.30) and at 10.30p.m. A siren resounds throughout the village a few minutes before the noon and sunset aratis, and at four o’clock in the morning.
Q) How can I make donation offerings to Shri Sai Baba?
A) Offering to Shri Sai Baba in cash or kind should always be made at the
donation office against a receipt.
Q) Are there any guides available for devotees’ guidance at Shirdi?
A) As all the necessary assistance and guidance is readily available to the devotees at the Reception centre of the Shri Saibaba SansthanTrust, assistance from unauthorised guides at the S. T. stand, if taken by the devotees, will be at their own risk.
Q) Where can I obtain authentic information and books on Shri Sai Baba?
A) Literature about Shri Sai Baba containing authentic information in various languages has been published by the
Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust.And is available at reasonable prices and is readily available at its Book shops near the Samadhi Mandir.
Q) Where can I buy Pooja articles before coming to the Samadhi Mandir?
A) Devotees can obtain all the requisite Pooja articles at various shops on the periphery of the Temple Complex. However, As the various dealers and vendors of Pooja articles are not connected with the
Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, devotees should first fix the price before buying these articles to avoid any trouble thereafter.
Q) While at Shirdi, I desire to make arrangements to feed the poor. Whom should I contact in this regard?
A) Devotees desirous of feeding the poor can arrange to do so against cash payments to be made to the Prasadalaya itself or the Account office. Coupons are not accepted for this purpose.
Q) What are the timings of the Prasadalaya?
A) Devotees are requested to avail of the facilities at the Tea canteen and Prasadalaya run by the Sansthan
Trust where tea and meals are served at subsidised rates, between 10:00AM to 10:00PM.
Q) Are there any emergency medical services available at Shirdi?
A) Medical facilities are available at the well-equipped 'Shri Sainath Hospital' run by theShri
Saibaba SansthanTrust. Primary health center is started near Samadhi
Q) Are there any other bodies / organizations authorized by the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi to collect donations in cash or kind, on its behalf?
A) The Shri Saibaba SansthanTrust has not appointed any representative for the purpose of collecting donations in cash or otherwise. Devotees are informed that no donations either in cash or otherwise should be given to anybody. This is to avoid deceit as well as to prevent devotees from being cheated by unscrupulous elements.
